We are easily accessible by train (Long Island Railroad, New Jersey Transit, Amtrak into Penn Station; and Metro North, including the New Haven, Hudson and Harlem lines, into Grand Central) and subway.

Walking: From 7th Avenue and 32nd Street, IHS is 4 blocks east and 3 blocks south, less than one mile to 432 Park Avenue South.

Subway: Subway (1,2,3, 9 at Penn Station, 34th Street to 42nd St (Times Square), transfer to S Train to Grand Central Station, take 6 Train to 28th Street). Offices are on the northwest corner of 29th Street and Park Avenue South.
