Sean Durham — Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Sean’s primary focus is to ensure that each customer realizes clear, tangible value from IHS’s services. Sean began his career with IHS in sales and recruiting and rose to the rank of Chief Operating Officer before attaining his current position. Prior to joining IHS , Sean held analyst positions at A.G. Becker Paribas and Morgan Guaranty. Sean was graduated from Union College with a B.A. in computer science and economics.


John Jay Fruin — President, Integration Services

As Integration Services practice manager, Jay applies more than 25 years of technology integration success to diverse client challenges. In the early 1990s, he led a number of successful customer care initiatives in the telecommunications industry, which he used to re-launch the Integration Services division as an early Customer Relationship Management implementation specialist, forging strategic relationships with leading CRM vendors Microsoft, RightNow Technologies, Siebel, Clarify and others. Jay's CRM vision and expertise make him a valuable resource to IHS's clients. Jay was graduated from St. John's University with a B.A. in Political Science.

Jayne Fitzgerald — Chief Operating Officer

Former Vice President of NIKSUN. With over 20 years of operations and support management experience. Prior to NIKSUN, Fitzgerald was VP and General Manager for InRange Technology Corp and VP of Customer Service for AT&T's Data Services, where she was responsible for managing AT&T's own global network and implementing a state-of-the-art real-time recovery technology.


Michael Sarullo — Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Michael is responsible for finance, administration and human resources at IHS. Michael has over 26 years of experience in senior financial and operations management, covering a wide spectrum of corporate responsibilities. Prior to joining IHS, Michael served for 16 years as Chief Operating and Financial Officer for the McGaw Group, LLC. Previous to that he was the Controller for Laura Ashley Stores, N.A. Michael is a KPMG alumnus and a CPA.

Zina Dunn — Director of Business Development & Operations

Dunn is a 15-year veteran in the support industry. Prior to joining IHS Support Solutions, she leveraged her expertise in operations and support management at Digital Equipment Corporation, JAZM Systems Solutions, and Florida Hospital Waterman Foundation. She currently serves as President for the HDI New Jersey Local Chapter and has been a member of HDI since 1999.

Julie Mohr — Director of Professional Services

Mohr has over 14 years of service and support management experience. This includes working as a Managing Consultant for outsourcing providers ARC and Pomeroy as well as NASA, The National Institute of Health and the Department of Education. Julie is a certified Helpdesk Director from Helpdesk 2000 and certified ITIL Service Manager. She provides imaginative insight and dynamic leadership to transform IT service and support organizations into best practice, customer-focused environments. She is the author of The Help Desk Audit: Blueprint for Success and The Help Desk Dictionary. She is also a member of IEEE Computer Society, the Help Desk Institute, itSMF and the Association of Support Professionals.
